If you’re looking for a yoga practice that offers intelligent sequencing, creative exploration and space for reflection, you’re in the right place. I teach philosophically inspired somatic yoga practices to move, breath and come home to your body, again and again.
You’ll find me teaching public classes every Sunday at 10am at Victoria Park Pilates or practice from home in the online Sangha.
